Each ONEtribe Pod of twelve (ten Members plus two Pod Parents) has place for one bursar, making up a total of thirteen Pod Members. The Bursar does not have to pay the full ONEtribe subscription fees for the first year of membership, but will be obliged to make a monthly non-zero donation. In addition, Bursars will be required to offer their services to their Pod. These services will be agreed upon in discussion with the Pod Parents, but would probably include administrative and other duties.
If you feel called to become a member of ONEtribe, but you truly don’t currently have the financial means to afford the first year membership fees, then you may apply to become a bursar.
Please bear in mind that the bursary is only for Year 1. As from Year 2, you will have to pay your own subscription fees, should you wish to continue being a ONEtribe member. However, working through the core path material should point you in the right direction to find your own soul’s expression and to remove any blockages that are currently preventing you from living a life of abundance.
Once we have received all the Bursar application forms, the Pod Parents of the various Pods will be given the Bursar Application forms and can decide which Bursar would be the best fit for their specific Pod, on a first-come-first-served basis. Should you be selected by Pod Parents to become a Pod Bursar, you will be informed by before the end of January of your initiatory year. You will then join your Pod for your first Pod meeting on the first Sunday of February.
Should your Pod Parents feel that you are not adequately providing the services that you have agreed to provide, they may recommend that your ONEtribe membership be revoked, after following a proper disciplinary process. Being a Bursar is a privilege, not a right.
