1.  Why does ONEtribe exist?

ONEtribe is a home for beings who are awakening to creator-consciousness; a soul-family with whom to co-create the Unity Conscious reality that we all wish to inhabit. ONEtribe exists to bring these beings together and to raise the collective frequency of the planet. 

 

2.  Why should I join ONEtribe?

ONEtribe is a place of belonging. A place to learn, grow and expand your consciousness with soul-family: people who share your deepest values and are walking a similar path. ONEtribe is a place to find and express your greatest gifts. It is a place to learn how to generate abundance from your soul’s expressions. And potentially, a supportive marketplace to offer these expressions to.

 

3.  How do I join ONEtribe?

Fill in the application form to join as an initiate and pay your first year subscription fee. You will receive an email confirmation and a questionnaire to fill out. Complete the questionnaire to finish enrollment.

To become an Adept, you must successfully complete the first year program.

 

4.  What does the annual subscription fee cover?

In your first year, this subscription fee covers your tuition for whichever core path is being presented that year. This includes a monthly full-moon event and weekly tuition, guest speaker events, discourses and Q&A with the core-path teacher. It also includes the support and guidance of a smaller family group, called your Pod, under the leadership of your Pod Parents.

In subsequent years, your subscription fees will cover your tuition fees for a variety of exciting training courses and workshops. The subjects you explore are chosen by you, depending upon your interests and aptitude.

 

5.  Why do I have to complete a whole year of initiation to join ONEtribe?

It’s really important that all Adepts have found their inner heart connection and have at least begun the lifelong journey of healing and integrating their shadows. It’s crucial that they have also moved from victim consciousness to creator consciousness. This is the very minimum requirement for Tribe Members to begin to make a meaningful contribution to our shared goal of co-creating a Unity Conscious reality. Successful completion of the core path provides the Initiate with these basic skills and ensures that all Tribe Members have a shared language and understanding of these concepts.

If “just anyone” can join the Tribe, then becoming a member of the Tribe will have no significance. You would not be surrounded by a group of like-minded souls. You would not gain the benefit of being part of a special container. Opening up to co-creation with others would not feel safe.

The year-long Initiate process is both a time of training and a filter. As you are being spiritually up-skilled, so unsuitable people are also filtered out of the tribe. Therefore, this first year ensures the integrity of the container as it expands and evolves. 

Perhaps even more crucial – the Initiate year is a time for you to see if you feel the ONEtribe is a suitable home for you. Try it out. See how it feels. Let it go if it’s not for you.

 

6.  What is Self-Responsibility?

A state of spiritual evolution. We evolve from spiritual childhood, to spiritual adulthood. Other-Responsibility to Self-Responsibility. 

Other-Responsible souls are those who consistently place both responsibility and blame for all that happens in their lives on events or persons outside of themselves! They do not trust themselves to discern their own truth. Rather, they abdicate their sovereignty to authority figures. There is nothing wrong with this. They just have not yet awoken to their creator nature! It is a stage we all pass through. However, you will struggle to fit into the ONEtribe if you have not attained Self-Responsibility. You will either accomplish this in the year long Initiatory process, or it will be recommended that you repeat the Initiatory year until you do.

7.  What is Unity Consciousness?

A higher state of spiritual evolution. Once you have attained Self-Responsibility (see point 6.) the next step would be to discover your connection to the divine (God, Source, the Creator of All) within yourself. You do this via the path of unconditional self-love. And as as you do, you discover that the SAME God that you find within yourself is also to be found within all others. And not just all other human beings, but if you are willing to look, in everything.

If God is to be found in everything, then God is all there is. All of Life is One. And that Oneness is God.

Living in alignment with this truth is Unity Consciousness. It is the path of the profoundest love.

8.  Is this a cult? Or a religion?

No. Cults and religions are both founded on dogmas and external truths, often dictated by authority figures and/or religious texts – that you are expected to accept and believe without question, as a matter of faith. Cults and religions are then, by definition of “Other-Responsible” consciousness (see point 6.).

There is none of this in the ONEtribe. ONEtribe is for those working on or attaining Self-Responsibility and Unity Consciousness. Though the tribe does have a shared set of Sacred Agreements, these are different from articles of faith in that they are testable. If you do not already resonate with the Shared Agreements you will be invited to find your Truth within yourself during the Initiatory year. You will be invited to see for yourself if they are true for you too.

 

9.  What is the value for my business of joining ONEtribe?

Finding the right market is a major struggle for spiritual entrepreneurs and gift-givers. Many business owners lack the support of a tribe. They may struggle with the required skills and experience, or with finding the right collaborators, or gaining traction with an audience. Or perhaps, they just really dislike engaging with the capitalistic business model! 

ONEtribe offers such businesses the advantages of being able to tap into a network of aligned beings - Those who are awakening to creator consciousness and working together to co-create a Unity Conscious reality - Those who share your values and are as passionate about your vision as you are! This translates into support, guidance, assistance and a ready market for spiritual entrepreneurs.

Our vision is for ONEtribe to function as a virtual spiritual business incubator.

 

10.  What value is there in being a member of ONEtribe after I’ve completed the first year core path?

The ONEtribe journey really only begins in earnest after completing your first year core path.

Several excellent training courses, presented by gifted teachers, will be available to Adepts, as part of their subscription fees.

Once you are an Adept, you can begin to tap into the immense power of this network of awakening souls. This could be assistance in finding and expressing your soul’s gifts. It could be assistance in developing your brand, or creating a marketing campaign. Or assistance in audio or video production.

Additionally, Arn Allingham will make a limited number of healing/coaching sessions available to Tribe members at a deeply discounted rate.

At the very least, the ONEtribe network consists of Unity Conscious beings on their awakening path, who may very well represent a ready market for your products or services.

 

11.  What is a Pod?

The ONEtribe community consists of smaller, more intimate groups called “Pods.” The members of your Pod are your journeymates - the souls with whom you choose to do deeper work and collaboration. Pods are the bedrock of the Tribe, where great evolution and incredible magic occurs.

12.  What other paths are there in ONEtribe?

Currently there are two Paths of Awakening (Dreamer Awake! and Deep Body Wisdsom), both of which deal with the journey from victim to creator consciousness, each from a different perspective . As ONEtribe grows, other non-core paths and teachings will organically emerge, based on the interests and knowledge of our members. Perhaps you have something you’d like to teach! If you are coming into ONEtribe at the ground level, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape ONEtribe’s foundational paths.

 

13.  Is this LGBTQIA+ friendly and a “Safe Space”?

Your gender, along with your race and anything else you identify with is an ego-identification.  If your ego-self finds it important to attach to these identities, then we’re certainly not AGAINST that. Everyone has ego-identifications. But this is just not something that we focus on. It’s not something that is important to us. Our business is very much less with your ego than it is with the divine being that you truly are. And your divine being does not have a gender. Since it doesn’t have a skin, it also doesn’t have a race.

If you are deeply attached, yet very insecure in your ego-identifications (whatever they might be), then you will probably find all of life to be quite triggering. You might not be ready for something like membership of the ONEtribe. It might be too overwhelming for you. You might, in fact, not feel it to be a “safe space”. If, on the other hand, you are ready to accept and love yourself unconditionally just as you are, and begin broadening your self-conception beyond your human identity, then you might find the ONEtribe to be a very healing, and therefore TRULY safe space.

14.  I don’t believe in aliens and other such "woo-woo" stuff. Do I need to believe in that sort of thing in order to join? 

Absolutely not! There are many different perspectives in ONEtribe. Some members find meaning and resonance with the alien / starseed mythos. Many others don’t. The choice is up to you.

15. The membership seems very expensive! What value do I receive?

The full price for a year's membership is $1,200 USD. If this seems expensive to you, then there are a number of options:

 

16. I can’t afford the initiate’s fee. What are my options?

If you really can’t afford the first year’s subscription fees, and you truly believe that your Higher Self is calling you to become a ONEtribe member, then you may apply for a bursary for your first year. In exchange for free annual subscription fees, you will provide administrative and other services for your Pod, as defined in discussion with your Pod Parents. 

 

17. What about in-person events?

ONEtribe will be hosting in-person events, in various locations worldwide. Tribe Members will be kept updated via the ONEtribe newsletter. Pods are, of course, welcome to organize their own in-person meetings at any time.

 

18. What about children under 18?

We most certainly would love for a path for children to be created! Perhaps even a number of paths, each suitable for a different age group? Perhaps the Tribe members who will create this path are already Initiates of the Tribe? Perhaps YOU are even one of them? 

But as matters stand, the materials presently offered are not suitable for children and it would be highly inappropriate to expect children to fulfil the role of Pod member in a Pod full of adults.
