The ONEtribe Journey

Entering into ONEtribe means stepping onto a wondrous path of divine awakening. It is a completely life-altering journey in which you will see, know and feel, as an absolute fact of your existence, that you truly are a limitless, powerful, creator being.

This is the spiritual creation game. A place where you learn to re-create yourself and your life in alignment with your authentic soul desires.

In ONEtribe you are surrounded by worthy co-creators who all embody Unity Consciousness. You are seen, you are known, you are connected and you are loved. 

Together, we walk the path of awakening, discovering and sharing our greatest gifts. Together, we ascend our consciousnesses and participate in the magnificent co-creation of an entirely new reality… A New Earth… as New Earth humans. Together, we walk the journey Home.

Year One

The Year One experience is about truly awakening to Creator Consciousness. 

The core paths provides the tools for Initiates to transform, heal and clear the way for their new reality. Initiates learn to love themselves unconditionally, to release victimhood, and to begin to embody the greatest version of themselves. Initiates also learn how to create their reality in alignment with Oneness. 

In Year One, Initiates must step up into self-responsibility, unity-consciousness and creator-consciousness. The initiatory experience ensures that all who enter the Tribe do so in alignment with these principles.

Year Two and Beyond

While the first year provided transformation and core understanding, Year Two is an expansion of the Creator Conscious being. It is a time of deepening, a time of abundant opportunity and endless possibility. 

Adepts begin to craft their own journey into Unity, by branching out into new pathways and engaging with more advanced subjects. 

Co-creative magic begins to flower, through gift-giving, teaching, community-building and collaboration. Life-changing experiences are shared and realities are created, with a network of unity conscious friends, beloveds and businesses. 

What Does the Journey Look Like?

Your ONEtribe journey begins when you enroll as an Initiate. You commit to walking the Path of Awakening, which is a year-long transformational journey through the core teachings of the ONEtribe: the Dreamer Awake! and Deep Body Wisdom materials. This prepares you for full membership. 

At the conclusion of year one, Initiates are reviewed by their Pod Parents. Upon successful graduation, Initiates become Adepts. 

In order to graduate, an Initiate must demonstrate self-responsibility and an understanding of creator consciousness. They must show consistent alignment with the values of Unity Consciousness. 

(If an Initiate fails to graduate, they will enter into counseling with Pod Parents and Tribe Elders to discern the best path forward. They may be advised to repeat year one.)  

As an Adept you may:

Access the ONEtribe forum with the privilege of making posts

Access the ONEtribe network. Explore and collaborate with other Pods. Connect with the community.

Become a Pod Parent, form your own Pod

Offer your gifts and services in the ONEtribe marketplace

Explore and discover other paths, learn new things, raise your frequency

At the conclusion of their second year, Tribe Members may apply to become Tribe Elders. Tribe Elders are the wise ones; the teachers and guides of the ONEtribe. 

To become a Tribe Elder, a member must serve a minimum of one year as a Pod Parent. An applicant must present their application to the Tribe and the other Tribe Elders. Applicants are reviewed by both their pod members and by current Tribe Elders.  

As a Tribe Elder you may:

Share your knowledge with the tribe by becoming a teacher or offering a valued service

Build on current paths or create entirely new ones. Share your unique perspective and shape the tribe. 

Nurture and provide guidance to Pods and Pod Parents. Become a mediator and decision maker at the Pod level. Elect Wisdom Council members.

All Tribe Elders have the potential to one day become the Tribe Principal

Tribe Elders may choose to apply to be part of the Wisdom Council. To serve on the Wisdom Council, a member must serve a minimum of two years as a Tribe Elder. 

Applicants will be reviewed and elected by Tribe Elders on an annual basis. Each year, two Council Members will be elected. Each electee will serve the role of Wisdom Council member for a period of two years.  

Wisdom Council members in their first year are recognized as Junior Council Members. They bring fresh energy and new perspectives into the Council. 

Wisdom Council members in their second year are recognized as Senior Council Members. They provide experienced guidance and embody continuity of tribe values. They guide Junior Council members and assist their entry into the council. 

The Wisdom Council includes seven people: four elected Tribe Elders and the three founders of ONEtribe.
