ONEtribe Sacred Agreements

1. Unity Consciousness

As a member of ONEtribe, I undertake to act in alignment with Unity Consciousness, to the best of my ability and understanding, in every moment. 

I choose to work on raising the frequency of my consciousness, expand into my most divine and loving self, and co-create a Unity Conscious reality with beloved others. 

I choose to remember that others are also Self. I recognize divinity in ALL beings, regardless of how that divinity chooses to express itself.

In the light of this awareness, I have decided to treat others with the same respect, compassion and kindness that I would like to be treated with, in the knowledge that, “what I do to others, I do to myself.” 

I recognize that “Unity” includes many perspectives, truths, and ways of being – including those expressions that may not be in alignment with my personal truth. 

I have thus chosen to fully allow others to express, explore and create their truths and perspectives, whilst still honoring my own. With respect and love, I let go and allow others to make their own choices. 

With peace in my heart, I know that I am NOT responsible for others’ choices.

I am also aware that “Unity” includes a vast range of experience. I understand that the process of “raising my frequency” may include pain, doubt, and conflict, as much as it includes joy, magic and harmony. I choose to embrace ALL that I am. 

2. Self-Responsibility

As a member of ONEtribe, I commit to being a Self-Responsible being. 

I choose to express my empowerment by thinking for myself. With my heart and mind aligned, I decide what my soul’s truth is. I use my inner truth bell to discern what I am in alignment with, and let go of the rest. 

I recognize that no one else can decide for me what my truth is. 

I understand that Self-Responsibility means that I am 100% responsible and accountable for my thoughts, actions, emotions and creations. I commit to being honest with, and accountable to, myself and my tribe.

Because ONEtribe includes many perspectives, I understand that there is the possibility for emotional triggering. I enter into ONEtribe with the full knowing that I may experience triggering. ONEtribe is a loving space for evolving consciousness, healing and transcendence – for working out this triggering. I commit to this process. 

We each are multidimensional beings that express many identities. We are ONE. 

Therefore, ONEtribe is not involved in, and does not recognize, identity politics. We speak to the Soul, not the skin or physical attributes. 

3. Creator Consciousness

As a member of ONEtribe I choose to awaken to the knowing of myself as a Divine Creator Being. 

From the bottom of my heart, I have decided to release victim consciousness, in all its guises. Instead, I choose to consciously create my reality. 

I choose to create in alignment with Oneness. I have deeply understood that what I put out is what comes back to me. 

I also understand that my reality is a mirror, reflecting me back at myself. If I dislike my experience, then I know that I must work on myself, rather than trying to change others or my situation. 

Through sacred intention, I create my reality, using the tools of my thoughts, words, actions, emotions and energy. I continue to evolve so that I can create, and co-create, the most wondrous realities of my heart’s desire.

4. Walking the Path of Awakening

As a ONEtribe member, I choose to first walk the path of Awakening, which is the entry path into ONEtribe. 

I agree to complete the first year core path for which I have enrolled.

I commit to this 52-week journey and I understand that completing either Dreamer Awake! or Deep Body Wisdom is a prerequisite to progress from Initiate to Adept.

5. ONEtribe Roles 

The ONEtribe community consists of smaller, more intimate groups called “Pods.” The members of your Pod are your journeymates - the souls with whom you choose to do deeper work and collaboration. Pods are the bedrock of the Tribe, where great evolution and incredible magic occurs.

As a ONEtribe Initiate / Adept I commit to being part of a Pod (unless I choose to be a Wildling). Through an organic process of discernment, I choose my Podmates, who will be my journeymates throughout my Initiate year and potentially beyond. 

Pod Member

I choose to reveal myself to myself, by actively engaging with my Pod. I choose to share my gifts and to explore co-creation with the beings in my Pod. I choose to grow, heal and evolve with them. I choose to hold them in deep reverence and respect, knowing that we are One. 

I am fully committed to: 

Should I find myself in a conflict, I choose to see it as an opportunity for growth and understanding. I may also choose to seek the assistance of my Pod Parents or Tribe Elders.

I choose to be fully accountable for my triggers, working to shine the light of consciousness on those parts of Self that are wounded, to bring them home into the embrace of love. 

Should conflict arise within my Pod, I commit to engaging with others as respectfully and compassionately as I can, and to seek to understand their perspective, in the spirit of Unity Consciousness. 

I commit to honoring myself by finding healthy ways to express and process difficult emotions. 

Pod Parents

As a Pod Parent, I understand that I am also responsible for holding and guiding the container of the Pod. 

I am committed to:

Pod Yin 

As the Pod Yin, I hold the Divine feminine. My role is to nurture Pod members’ growth, foster intimacy, provide emotional support, inspiration, and creative leadership. I balance order with compassion.

Pod Yang

As the Pod Yang, I hold the Divine Masculine. I create the boundaries and structure which support the growth of individual Pod members and the continued functionality of the Pod. My role is to implement agreements, inspire accountability and courage. I align vision with focus. 

 *Pod Yin and Yang can be held by any gender. 

Pod Bursar

As a recipient of a ONEtribe bursary, I understand that I have been gifted an opportunity to become a Tribe member. In exchange for that gift, I give the gift of my energy to support the flow of my Pod.

Tribe Elder

As a Tribe Elder I express mastery. I have walked the Path of Awakening and completed the Initiate year. I have been a Pod Parent for at least a year. The ONEtribe Wisdom Council has appointed me as a Tribe Elder.

I am ready to take on a larger role and shape ONEtribe.

Wisdom Council

As a Tribe Council member, I embody wisdom through leadership, and leadership through service. I am a decision maker, actively shaping the direction and policy of ONEtribe. The Wisdom Council works closely with the founding members.

6. Financial Agreement

Monthly Subscription

Your investment for the first year’s membership of ONEtribe is a monthly subscription fee of US$100 for 12 consecutive months. 

Monthly subscription fees are payable on, or before, the 1st of each calendar month, automatically charged on Paypal.

The first payment is to be made on, or before, the 1st of January each year. 

Full Payment Discount

You may choose to pay your year's membership fee in advance, in which case a single fee of US$600 is payable on, or before, the 1st of January each year. . This is a 50% discount on the normal fee.

Friends and Family Discount

Create your own local Pod of 12 people, or a half Pod with a minimum of 6 people, with whom you can meet up in-person, on a weekly basis. 

The whole group may then sign up at a 50% discount per person.

US$300 per person, payable before Dec 31 2023. 

Alternatively, members may opt for a monthly subscription of US$50.

Youth Discount

If you are between the ages of 18-27, you are eligible for a Youth Discount of 50%. (US$300, or US$50 per month). Proof of age will be required after registration.

I am fully resonant with this exchange and have discerned that it is in alignment with my being. I am willing and able to commit to my membership fee. Therefore, I enter into this exchange with good will, self-responsibility, and joy. 

I understand that failure to honor my financial agreement will result in my exit from the ONEtribe. I understand that I have three days to contact the staff and rectify any issues that arise in relation to payment. I understand that there are no refunds. 

Bursaries

I am also aware that, in the event of financial difficulties, I may inquire about bursary options. 

7. Behavioral Guidelines of ONEtribe, Disciplinary Action and Risk

I understand that there are behaviors that will not be tolerated in the community. These may include:

…and any other behaviors that are dis-resonant with Unity Consciousness. 

When in doubt, ask yourself, would I like to be treated in this way? Would I wish this upon another?

I agree to abide by the values of ONEtribe and Unity Consciousness; to treat others as I myself would like to be treated.

Disciplinary Action

I understand that behavioral infractions will result in an internal disciplinary process which may result in a range of measures, from counseling up to expulsion, at the discretion of the Wisdom Council. Appeals can be made to the Principal. The Principal retains the right to make final deliberations. 

Initiation Risk

I understand that, while almost every first-year Initiate will successfully graduate into being a ONEtribe Adept, Pod Parents and Tribe Elders retain the right to make the final decision on whether or not an Initiate is appropriate for ONEtribe. 

Entry is based on quality of character during the first-year process. In order to graduate to Adept, an Initiate must demonstrate self-responsibility and an understanding of creator consciousness. They must show consistent alignment with Unity Conscious values. 

Payment for the first-year experience does not guarantee membership into ONEtribe.

If an Initiate is deemed to be an inappropriate match or not yet ready to enter ONEtribe, the Initiate may choose to repeat the first year. This includes repayment of the first year’s fee at a reduced rate, at the discretion of the Wisdom Council and Principal. Initiates may appeal to the Principal if they disagree with the decision. 

I acknowledge this risk and take full responsibility for my initiatory process.

8. Final Agreement

I have read, understood and accepted the Sacred Agreements.

I am ready for Magic, Delight and Wonder. 

I am ready to be a Self-Responsible, Unity-Conscious and Creator-Conscious being.

I am ready to co-create a Unity-Conscious world.

I am ready to enter ONEtribe.
